SECURITY DEPOSITS A deposit minimum is required per person per service and must be paid at the time of booking to secure an appointment. All our deposits are relative to the total value of the service.
If the deposit payment fails we have the right to cancel your booking.
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
BOOKING AMENDMENTS We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to amend your appointment. We ask you to reschedule your appointment yourself within our term and conditions via our website. In the case you booked in store you can amend your appointment through email or calling us. If you cancel your appointment without rescheduling you will lose your deposit as it won’t be possible to be rearranged. You can only reschedule your appointment once!
CANCELLATIONS A Cancellation made with less than 48 hours notice or a NO SHOW will result in the loss of your deposit. We hold the right to cancel any prebooked appointments, even with short notice due to reasonable circumstances.Cancellations of this nature would only occur in exceptional circumstances such as illness or an unforeseen emergency.
In the unlikely event this should happen we will endeavour to reschedule your appointment at your earliest convenience or a refund will be issued.
LATENESS We respectfully ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment to avoid changes/shortening of your service. We understand unexpected events do happen but if you will be late more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. If we are still able to honour your appointment but have to decrease your service option the original service charge will still apply. Unacceptable lateness may result in service cancellation and deposit loss at our discretion WHATEVER THE REASON.
NO SHOWS We understand genuine circumstances arise that require a last minute cancellation or a NO SHOW, but we have a duty of care to our clients to keep their appointment times as well as to someone else who missed out on a service that you didn’t arrive for. If you are a NO SHOW client and you would like to rebook a service with us the following terms will apply
